Founded 23 years ago by Kay Koplovitz, Springboard’s mission remains focused on assisting women in raising and rising. The organization accelerates the growth of women-led companies by providing access to essential resources and a global network of entrepreneurs, advisors, and investors dedicated to building high-growth companies led by women in technology, healthcare, life sciences, and retail technology. Over its years of operation, Springboard has accelerated the growth of over 890 women-led companies, generating $39 billion in value, producing 10 unicorns, and witnessing 27 IPOs.
